At Borecard, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Digital/downloadable products and opened booster packs or single cards are non-returnable.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@borecard.com.

๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
